After it was discovered that at least two dead persons,alone with felons and persons voting in districts they did not live in voted on Sept 15 in the state senate race between Terry Roland And Ophelia Ford, A race which gave Ophelia a 13 vote win, many including myself felt that voter fraud had taken place.
After receiving voter data information from the Election Commission, that included names and addresses,John Harvey a supporter of Roland and ranking official with the Sheriff's Department start doing vital searches. He found numerous deceased persons who had voted several times alone with persons who are registered at more than one address. He also found persons who were voting from vacant lots.
It was Harvey who discovered that in the Sept 15 race that Joe Light and Archie Kirkwood both recently deceased,voted.In fact they voted at the same precinct,27-01 located at Fire station # 6,924 Thomas.
Feeling that all eyes were on the Ford family since they are in the dead folk business,Harold Ford Sr. The powerbroker of the family. Announced that even though the TBI was in the process of investigating what happen,he was going to conduct his own investigation.
Well in 2 days Super sleuth Harold Sr had the case solved. His findings were that a little old lady,a republican Martha Hensley was the culprit, Even though its clearly shown(as you will see in the link)that the initials of Vatricia McKinney ( who we now know has committed fraud) and Gertrude Otteridge,both democracts were the ones used to authorized the dead votes.
Now let's look at what Harold Sr's investigation didn't tell us.
That his full time embalmer,James Herndon who also owns his own funeral home handled the funeral services of one of the deceased that voted on Sept 15.
That Vatricia McKinney committed fraud by accepting a check for working at the poll,even though she was in new York City.And the fact that she allowed her sister,Mary L. McClatcher to impersonate her.
That Mary L. McClatcher committed voter fraud,by signing election documents including the certification of the votes coming from both the voting machines used at the precinct, the certificate of results, ballot application forms including the fraudulent forms of Joe Light and Archie Kirkwood. She was also the voting machine operator for both of the dead votes. She also signed in her sister's name a sworn document that states that she received the proper documents from voters for them to use the voting machine she was operating(you will see this information on the link)

That Verline Mayo, the head judge at the precinct on Sept 15 whose maiden name is Matthews(no relations to me)lived at one time at 724 Wortham #A. Allowed Willie Matthews to vote from that address.What's wrong with that? It has been a vacant lot for over a year.(as you will see at the link)
That Latarsha Wilson voted using the address of 749 Wells #C also a vacant lot. Both the address of Ms. Wilson and Mr.matthews were in the Oates manor housing project which were totally torn down over a year ago.
But the biggest piece of information that Sr. left out is the fact that one of his full time employee's Eddie Hayes Sr. Was the inspector for the precinct.Mr Hayes was the supervisor for those who worked at the poll. In his Inspector's Evaluation he signed off on the fact that all the poll workers were knowledgeable and performed well,and that they used the precinct books correctly.(as you will see first at the link)
why was an employee of Ophelia Ford in charge of not only this precinct but others in North Memphis? Why didn't Hayes report the fact that McKinney was absent and her sister had taken her place? As an employee of the Fords was there a plot to steal the election? Are we to believe that McKinney came up with her role on her own?
Why hasn't the Election Commission reported the Ford connection? Is it possible that Senior who must be troubled that Junior will not win the U.S.Senate wants to hedge his bets by not having a Ford defeat? What do you think happened? Do you think that Senior had a role in these acts of voter fraud? Do you think the race should be overturned? Harold look like I'm a better investigator than you. It sure looks like Eddie Hayes and the women were in this together. I guess this really does point back to the Ford machine. Why else would they conspire to pull off this crime, except to help the Fords.
did i miss something while on the link? i didn't find a ballot application for lavinia hampton, the lady that testified in nashville about her vote being counted even tho the proper procedures weren't followed. maybe this was the form that she did not sign. i would be interested in more information on this situation.
Ford, Sr. is a part of this investigation, to what degree is up to the TBI. Martha Hensley may be able to seek libel damages against Ford.
You know, read the TN State Constitution, Article 1, Section 5..."free and fair elections...", our State Senators swear an oath to uphold that Constitution. When the Senate seated Ophelia Ford, they violated the State Constitution, for whatever that's worth. (And it should be worth a lot.)
Sen. Michael Williams seated Ford without any mechanism for removing her following the TBI investigation. I spoke with Williams before the holidays and advised him to seek preliminary findings from the TBI prior to seating Ford, or to pass it down to Shelby County to seat an interim Senator until the TBI investigation was complete.
Tomorrow, the Senate may strike the election. This could get ugly for more than the few people involved. We'll know soon.

What's the "olde China Shop" rule... if you break it, you own it? If the Senate allowed Senator Ford to serve one second as a Senator in any session in the State... She's a Senator. That opinion to the contrary by the State Attorney General won't hold water on challenge to the TN Supreme Court! She a Senator now, and it will require an impeachment to remove her.
District 29 is overwhelming Democrat and Black such combination having a proven aversion to voting for a Republican candidate, so how in God's name could not seating Senator Ford be an injustice for the District?
I'll bet some East Shelby County Republicans wish Deputy Harvey had kept his mouth shut on "dead people voting." Why don't the "State Election Commission" order a comprehensive review of the Nov '04 election to see which Party really receives the support of the cemetery!
I can't believe that Harold Ford Sr. would stick his neck out (from FL) and judge the white poll worker guilty when the black poll workers he was gathering evidence from weren't being truthful themselves. Sr.'s IQ must be the same as his shoe size. After this stunt, it only makes sense that Ford Sr. is covering up something.
As far as the poll worker getting paid when she wasn't even there, she should give that money back. I know we are only talking $90 or so dollars but it still sounds like fraud. These women have to be stupid; did McKinney and Mayo (who had the nerve to have suspicions about "the white lady") not realize that McKinney's absence on that day could be discovered?

I'd be very surprised if the Senate removes Ophelia. They will blame the ShelbyCo Election Comm. and pass the buck back to them. Since Ophelia was "certified" by the SCEC, she'll stay.
What Senator is going to vote to refuse Ophelia when any election challenge might be used the same way to prevent them from taking their seat one day? Bad precedent to set.
Harold Sr is using the oldest trick in the book, BTW. Talk loudly, point fingers at others, make accusations, stir up a bunch of mess. Only this time, it's failed on him. Good.

You're right about one thing, the Ford's broke it, and they own it.
The AG's decision was specific the the 2/3rd vs. majority vote of removal by Senators. The redress is open, and it is the TN Supreme Court. That's up to Roland, not the AG.
If Ophelia remains, she'll be re-upping in November...her and Jr. may be competing for news. Bad all around for the Fords...what's the saying, "won the battle, but lost the war..."

Democrats don't own black people, despite the rantings of many. As for the election commission ordering an investigation, that's a laugh, they are responsible for the problems.
As to the senate seating Terry Roland, they are the final arbiter of that, not the state supreme court. They even have the power to not seat a duly elected senator - if they so choose. The guys who make the rules will never allow themselves to be ruled.

Did anyone find it a little strange that one of the voting machines registered exactly 13 votes?
Is that the same precinct that was missing a voting machine cartridge when all the votes were tallied - the one that was "accidently" left behind in the voting machine (someone had to go back and get it out of the machine)? Is the cartridge with the 13 votes the same one that held up final totals for the election that night ..... hmmmmm ..... perhaps just long enough for someone to add 13 votes to bring Ophelia to victory???
